Primer Emulsion

Hydrophobically Modified Alkali-Swellable Thickener - **Product Introduction**: Hydrophobically Modified Alkali-Swellable Emulsion Thickener (HASE) thickens via hydrophobic association. It features excellent anti-syneresis, anti-sagging and anti-settling properties, and acts as a medium-high shear viscosity modifier. Sodium Salt Dispersant

Laboratory Profile

In late December 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment of the National Engineering Laboratory for Polymer Surface Material Preparation Technology. Led by Guangzhou Mid Coat Chemical Technology, the laboratory brings together the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fudan University, and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. This marks the only national-level engineering laboratory in the polymer surface materials sector and Yantai City’s first national engineering laboratory. The laboratory’s primary research directions are as follows:

Research and Development of Key Monomers and Additives: Preparation and engineering technology development of specialty isocyanates (HDI, H12MDI, IPDI and their derivatives), specialty acrylates (HEMA, BUMA, etc.), specialty polyols, and specialized additives (dispersants, defoamers, rheology modifiers, polymer microspheres, etc.).
