Redispersible Polymer Powder

Redispersible Polymer Powder

Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP)

Product Introduction

Redispersible Polymer Powder is a water-soluble polymer powder that can redisperse into a stable emulsion when mixed with water. It significantly improves the bonding strength, flexibility and weather resistance of mortars, putties and coatings, and is widely used in dry-mix construction materials.

Appearance

White or yellowish free-flowing powder.

Performance Features

  • Rapidly redispersible in water to form a stable emulsion
  • Significantly enhances bonding strength, flexural strength and flexibility
  • Improves water resistance, alkali resistance and anti-cracking performance
  • Enhances workability and reduces hollowing and peeling
  • Good compatibility with cement, gypsum and fillers

Technical Data

  • Solid Content: 99%
  • Ash Content: 10%–15%
  • Bulk Density: 400–500 g/L
  • Particle Size: 98% pass 100 mesh
  • Minimum Film-Forming Temperature (MFFT): 0–5℃

Applications

  • External thermal insulation mortar, finishing mortar
  • Tile adhesive, stone bonding mortar
  • Self-leveling cement mortar, repair mortar
  • Interior & exterior water-resistant putty, powder coatings
  • Gypsum-based products, bonding agent, grout
